These Terms of Use govern your use of LandlordNG, operated by Oracode Ltd. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using our web/mobile services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Scope

LandlordNG provides software tools for property operations, including subscriptions, tenancy records, invoices, maintenance workflows, gate access (QR/pass verification), KYC processing, and notifications. We provide software infrastructure and are not a direct party to lease, employment, or property disputes between users.

5. Acceptable Use and Security

You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include unauthorized system access, malicious code upload, identity misrepresentation, abuse of gate access tokens, scraping, disruption attempts, and violating applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Data, Records, and Communications

You authorize us to process operational data you submit (including tenancy details, invoices, KYC data, visitor access records, and notifications) to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have legal basis to upload and process third-party personal data in your workspace.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy breaches, non-payment, legal requirements, or risk to platform security. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, audit, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

8. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oracode Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill arising from service use, interruption, third-party acts, or user-generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
